At Meringue Patisserie, our journey began with a passion for baking that spans generations. Inspired by the artistry of our founder, Heather Rowat, we strive to create mouth-watering delights that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Our pastries are always handcrafted, never from frozen. We apply traditional European techniques to our creation process, using the finest specialty butter available in Canada. "From Scratch" is our promise to you.
French Style Laminated Pastries
Handcrafted using specialty high MF (Milk Fat) Canadian butter.
Flakey chocolate croissant
Flakey pastry soaked in almond syrup and filled with almond cream.
Buttery pastry layered with sugar and caramelized.
Fruit, custard or cinnamon pastries.
Various pastries rotated weekly.
Handcrafted Cakes and Mousses
Choux pastry filled with a variety of flavors.

Espresso Based Beverages Served either Hot or Iced
Only Espresso based Drinks are offered, drip coffee is not being offered at this time.
